1. Filter Housing

1) Select stainless steel (304 or 316L) based on user gas requirements, with internal and external mirror polishing, operating pressure fully meets user requirements.

2) Special treatment in housing manufacturing.

3) The interface between the filter housing and the filter element is processed according to standards, ensuring good interchangeability.

2. Filter Element

1) Use imported filter element material to ensure long-term use while maintaining filtration accuracy.

2) No fiber impurities shedding.

3) Terminal filter elements have undergone integrity testing or bubble point testing.

3. Selection of Filter Element Material and Accuracy Filter element materials include stainless steel mesh felt, non-woven fabric, hydrophobically treated ultra-glass fiber, etc., with accuracy up to 0.5~0.01um.

III. Product Features

The stainless steel filters supplied by our company are designed according to national industry standards, using imported filter element materials. The housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, processed with advanced technology, and has an elegant appearance, complying with ISO8573.1 (GB/T13277-91) quality grade standards. The produced filters have stronger pollutant removal capability but lower pressure drop. For every 0.14kgf/cm increase in pressure drop, power input increases by 1%. The filter element maintains a low pressure drop level without saturation during its specified lifespan.

The inlet adopts flange connection, which can be matched with user-specific ferrule connections, and the air flow direction is marked on the housing for easy installation; O-ring sealing leak-proof ring; ribbed housing for easy use with elbow wrenches; operating pressure is 0.1~1.0Mpa, operating temperature ≤50℃.

Internal and external surfaces are treated with anti-corrosion, with a bright and smooth surface, no dead corners, easy to clean; the automatic drain valve uses the HAD20B type automatic drain valve with reliable operation and long service life.
